Gemology Course – Become a Gemologist

Our gemologist, Jamel Hamdaoui, is an expert in gemstone valuation and identification, with nearly 9 years of experience in the field. He has completed specialized training in Switzerland, in Geneva, at the David Craft Institute, recognized by the Swiss Federation for Continuing Education and also accredited by the Gem-A school in London as an ATC (Accredited teaching center) & GAPP (Gem-A Approved Practical Provider), to conduct their courses and exams, Foundation or Diploma levels.

Before becoming a gemologist, he spent over ten years in the watch industry at Rolex SA in Geneva, where he rose from “multi-skilled operator” to “technical respondent.” These experiences have allowed him, with immense pride, to acquire in-depth knowledge of the watchmaking industry.
