RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return an item ordered from jamel-gems.com?
Precious stones and jewelry purchased online or during an in-person appointment may be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note, however, that stones sold in lots or those that are damaged cannot be returned.

An advisor will provide you with a return authorization by email.
If you wish to make a return during an in-person appointment, one of our advisors will assist you in arranging a personalized meeting.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive your returned order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your returned gemstone(s) / jewelry will undergo a quality check. Once this check is completed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
